Pressure Safety Valve :
Angle Discharge, Spring Loaded, Full Lift, Full Nozzle, Conventional type Flange End

Pressure Reducing Valve :

Pressure Reducing Station :
Steam PRDS is used for Steam Conditioning Services for reduction of pressure and temperature of the steam. t is a combination of Control Valve for the pressure reduction purpose & atomizing nozzles, through which water is sprayed into steam for reducing the temperature. and it can be directly installed into your existing steam network.
Features :
- Separate PRDS: Separate PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve) and De-Superheater.
- Combined PRDS: Both PRV and De-Superheater in a compact single unit i.e. Combined PRDS valve.
- Separate / combined systems based on technical feasibility. Conventionally steam pressure reduction and temperature reduction were done in two different units. Now both these functions are carried in one unit which is a combined pressure reducing and de-superheating valve.
Combined Pressure Reducing Cum DE superheating Valve :
Our Combined PRDS Valve is a single seated globe type valve that combines pressure & temperature in one compact solution.
The high pressure, high temperature steam which enters the main branch, is reduced in pressure, after which immediately spray water is injected to reduce the temperature.
The high velocity and turbulent flow conditions data present immediately, following the pressure reduction. This allows for rapid atomization and absorption of the spray water thus effectively de-superheating the steam.
Globe Double Seated 2-way Valve :
- The trim is inherently pressure balanced
- It very well handles unclean fluids, Gases and Steam
- The trim is inherently pressure balanced
- Low noise trims are also available
- Preferred in refineries and industries wherever the fluid contains sediments, Solid particles and also precision is equally important

Globe Single Seated 2-way Valve :
- Precision Control is its forte.
- It is excellent in handling clean fluids, Goses and Steam.
- Noise obating Trim designs available.
- It satisfies the majority of applications except very high flow rates.

- Rating : ANSI 150 thru ANSI 2500#

Globe 3-way Valve :
- When one wants to spIit the fluid in TWO DIFFERENT directions or mix TWO DIFFERENT streams of fluids to achieve desired control. This valve can satisfy the application.
- Both the characteristics i.e: Linear / ON OFF are available.

Floating BALL VALVE :
Live Loaded Gland Packing
Graphite Packing are provided as standard taking care of Fire Safe Design Condition. Belleville Springs Washers are used to achieve live loading which protects Gland loosening under vibrations & shock conditions.
Antistatic Device
To ensure Electrical Continuity between the Stem and Ball and Body all Valves are provided with Antistatic device as an integral part of Floating Ball Valves.
Blow Out Proof Stem
Stem is Designed to include a collar to provide protection against Blow Outs.
Locking Device
Locking devices are provided on all Valves with both Lever Operator ad Gear Operator.
Integral Actuator Mounting Pad
All Valves are featured with an Integral Mounting Pad on Valve Bodies in accordance with ISO 5211
